“We really enjoyed our visit to pizza parliament. It was late night, and we were struggling to find some place to eat. They were exceedingly busy, and the young man who was behind the counter was working alone. He had to take orders, make the pizza and cash people out, but he did it with a smile and really made the visit worthwhile. We felt bad for him that he was so busy And all alone but again he made the best of it. The pizza was one of the best that we have had in a long long time. They do have an on site bar as well so pizza and beer you can’t go wrong. If you’re in the area definitely stop by. It’s well worth a visit.”

Online ordering was easy and not more than a minute after I placed my order for delivery they called me to let me know they’re out of steak and asked if they could make me a different kind of pizza. Had to sign off again once it was delivered, but the pizza was tasty and filling. Cheese sticks were tasty and fluffy but not very cheesy. Would be down to try to Philly pizza once they get more steak 😋”

With the city full of tourists in the summertime, at most other bars you’ll see folks in flip-flops, shorts and baseball caps – – not so much here at The Parlor. The crowd here makes an effort (you’ll see many guys in dress shirts & dockers and ladies in dresses, and they’ll drink and talk about cool things to do in TC). The drinks are crafted with care, well balanced, many with bright flavors. They use fresh herbs here, and even some locally sourced ingredients. These bartenders have skills. Not far off from what you would expect at a nice cocktail bar in Chicago, Detroit, or Toronto. Easily the best place to get a good craft cocktail in the Traverse City area.”

They have gluten free and cauliflower crusts for sensitive eaters. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza plus pineapple on the cauliflower crust and it was not bad. The regular crust is a lot better (based on my experience a few years back). Our server was very friendly and as attentive as she could be on a busy Saturday night. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price for what we got. $20 for an okay 12” cauliflower crust pizza is a bit much.”

It's place of fresh local produce, healthy food, amazing soups and a gathering place for like-minded people. It's a gathering place of information whether it's the bulletin boards in the front, the gallery of local farmers in the entryways, the staff knowledge of healthy foods and products, to the classes taught in the cafe in the back - Oryana is a great place to come to learn more. “From out of town and ordered a carryout pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and onion and an order of BBQ wings. Personally, I'd skip the wings, but the pizza was delicious. You could tell it had a good amount of seasoning on it, and the sausage was finely chopped so every piece had a bite. They also had some plastic-wear that we could take back to the hotel with us. Got the food within 20 minutes but it appeared to be a slow day.”

“My Girlfriend took me here on my birthday to my request, the service was great, along with my classic pan pepperoni and sausage pizza. Definitely a unique flavor of pizza that I have always loved. It's a good restaurant right in between fancy and fast food. The one thing I didn't really like was how wide the table was. If you're on a date and plan on sitting across from eachother and would want to be able to hold hands over the table or anything as long as you have 4 foot long arms you should be good. This isn't really that big of a problem but figured I would mention it.”
