He's not like these other muscle-head trainers at the gyms that expect you to do a billion reps, all while staring at you from their high horse. He is on this journey with you, he's been where you are, he's dealt with all the same struggles you are, so he gets it. He doesn't judge, he doesn't shame, he doesn't make you feel bad if you slacked or didn't meet your goals. He is always there with a word of encouragement. He is the only person who I really know believes in me to lose weight. He celebrates with you when you meet your goals and helps get a new strategy in place when you dont, all without making you feel like a failure. He is very knowledgeable about the products and their prices, and is quickly able to design a plan for anyone. Whether you're wanting to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle, dont have a lot of money to spend, he helps figure out what works best for you. I just can't say enough good things about him! “I prefer Subways over any other fast food, some of the workers are nice,but it’s crazy when it’s lunch rush and there is always only one employee working or it seems they are one person short of what they need so if one person is ahead of you in line. You end up waiting about 20 minutes before you walk out the door with your food.”
