“We always enjoy dining at P. F. Chang's! Great wok fired food made from scratch to your order every time! They offer brown rice too, which is a delicious and healthy alternative not offered by most Chinese restaurants. The layout is a bit different at this Chang's. The first thing you see is the bar, and the restaurant is off to the side. Never seen any others like that. Didn't much like that, but the food was the same great food. The entrees are great, but you've got to try the side dishes as well. Excellent!”

“Best restaurant meal I have had in a very, very long time. Nathan was our server. We were slow to order, but we were never rushed (despite it being a very busy night). He helped us with our selections. We both ordered the baby back rib special per his suggestion. The cornbread and butter that came with the meal were amazing. The ribs literally fell off the bone. I never needed the knife. Everything we ordered surpassed our expectations. Kudos to the staff, cooks, and especially Nathan. Simply a wonderful experience. Thank you.”

“We had fair service. The biscuits in my country breakfast were, heavy, dry, and crumbly, disappointing enough to not eat. My daughter's biscuits as well. My daughter-in-law's cherry pancakes had good flavor, but tough and dry. It appeared as if the food was put in a microwave to warm up. Not sure that happened, but the meal wasn't the usual quality we've come to expect from Flapjacks, while visiting the Lansing area.”

“We called at 3 pm yesterday and ordered 7 large pizzas to pick up by 5 pm. You said they would be ready at 4:40 pm. My husband walked in at exactly 4 :40:pm and they were ready , all made as ordered and hot. Our guests arrived shortly after 5 pm so I had placed them in a warm oven to keep warm.. They were perfect , done right on time and service was fast and courteous. Thank you so much. Will definitely use your store again.”

“Stopped by on a cool, overcast Sunday evening when everything else was closed. Only one other couple in the restaurant, which was fine with us. Service was good, prices very fair, and I loved the food. My wife had soup and some rice cause she was not feeling well. I had fried shrimp and scallops which was excellent. Their rice was so good I asked for seconds. Really liked this restaurant, only minor complaint that we had was that my wife's soup was not as hot as it should have been when served. Other than that, a good place to eat.”
