Great home town family diner, excellent customer service, with bottomless cups of coffee , my waiter Chris was kind
    and gracious and
made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs and the western omelette was delicious along with a large portion, it certainly satisfy my hungry appetite. ???????????????????? I had the #5 Special which consist of ham, eggs and American fries and toast on 4-13-19 it was delicious, customer service was great, as always. I had the western omelette on 7-18-19, it was delicious and filling, the food was prepared quickly and the service was great, and the staff is very friendly and they kept my coffee cup filled, which is good, left a satisfied customer. ????????????????????????????????

Nice portions. Kinda sad that more items weren't homemade, but the humor of our server will bring us back again. She was pretty cool.

Great food. Great people. Generous plates. They care how the food is cooked and the way it looks coming out.

Mijos is the best hometown diner. This is a relatively small diner that is always busy. I stop in whenever I’m in the Lansing area and they’re open. They gave the best American fries of any restaurant. They’re made from real potatoes and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crispness. Mist places cook them so long, they turn into cracklings. The omelettes are share size and cooked perfectly. The biscuits and gravy are pretty darn good too. The cinnamon or cinnamon raisin bread is phenomenal especially with the apple cinnamon jelly. Servers Tara and Grandma are friendly and efficient. If a mistake is made (rarely) they laugh it off and make it right. I plan on giving lunch a try sometime.
