Nice atmosphere, service was ok, food was above average but not great.

Talk about a great location downtown. The atmosphere inside was really calm & made it easy to relax & catch a bite to eat. Bathrooms were clean & the food was really good. The service however was just very underwhelming unfortunately. My order came out with a couple things I requested not to have on my sandwich. I didn't complain, just picked off what I didn't want & placed in a nice pile on my plate which she seen but didn't care to comment on. That was the only "check on" we received during our hour there. After sitting there for awhile (no longer eating) I finally was able to get her attention for some boxes & our check. Again, the food & atmosphere were great. Not badly priced either!

Nice getaway place to take our college kids away from East Lansing for a quick dinner break. We’ve come here a few times. Nice atmosphere, good service and excellent food. Beware though as one night they had a small jazz band. Nice but place is too small for that much sound - hard to talk which was frustrating. Moved further away which was better but it while we enjoyed the band it was not the experience we’d hoped for that night. We will return though as we really like the place and have had some great meals here.

Had excellent service the last time I was here. I think I only waited about 10 minutes for my food. They also have the absolute best french dip I have ever had in my life. Fair warning, they are a little pricey but the food is awesome.
