Maru Sushi & Grill

Good food and drinks. Super slow service. We didn’t even get our drinks until I was almost done with my sushi. Our server was super nice though.

A really classy, well-managed put together place. The price points are a bit higher compared to other sushi places but you get what you pay for. The rolls are more specialized and fancier. They are really good about accommodating specific dietary restrictions (I overheard a waitress addressing the head sushi chef about a gluten allergy and there is a vegetarian section in the menu as well as a separate vegan menu) and they have a large selection of cocktails, wine and whiskey.

Consistently great. We have been back many times, and are never disappointed. Nice happy hour specials, too. And if there is a vegan in your group, they now have a vegan menu that you can request.

One of the best places to eat sushi! Very very delicious and the sushi rolls look absolutely beautiful. Very well done in execution and presentation. I took my brothers here for their first time and they loved it. Wife and I have been coming for years. These two rolls though were above and beyond expectations. I love the flavors and uniqueness of their rolls though they have traditional rolls you have to try their specially ones. Staff was very friendly at the Lansing location and place was very clean. Can't ask for a better experience.
