“Love this store coming here for 11 years now. Sisters were amazing haven’t been a fan much since new owners. Management is rude and Dan worse employee around. Always rude and a attitude never listens have to tell him things few times before he hears you. Talks down to other employees, never seen him be polite. Giving a three star because I came in a few weeks ago and there were flies where they were making my milkshake. “Impeccable customer service! I accidentally read the hours for Lou & Harry's bar and not the restaurant. I was in the parking lot around 8:55pm and they turned off the "Open" sign at 9pm! I was frantic because I thought they closed at 2am and not 9pm! I went in and explained the mistake and the staff without hesitation still made my food to go! They were so nice and understanding, they didn't rush or had any slight attitude what's so ever in staying open a few more minutes! Honestly, BEST BURGERS AND FRIES in Lansing/Frandor! You won't regret it! Thanks again staff for being so gracious yesterday (6/21/2019) you definitely made my day!”

“Average quality and mostly helpful staff. Offering a consistent black iced coffee would be helpful since too often it is diluted and weak. Also helpful would be to offer all menu items when the doors open in the morning. I stop in a couple times a week and too often there is only a choice of 2-3 types of bagels at 7am.”

“Tried this place again for lunch. My bro and I split 2 sandwiches, the french dip and the Havarti & ham. Both were pretty tasty. The coleslaw side was just coleslaw, but the blueberry applesauce was delicious. I'd say it was a 70-30 mix of apple to blueberry. Definitely blue in color.The real winner was the cherry crumb pie that we took home. Cherry isn't usually my favorite, but this one changed my mind.”

“I'm always a big fan of Panera. I have been a big fan of Panera ever since I was a kid. My grandparents used to take us when we would visit. Basically everything on the menu is amazing. Whenever I am on business trips, and can't find a healthy/tasty food option, I seek out a Panera. Their broccoli cheddar soup is killer, especially when paired with a sandwich. I also highly reccomend their blood orange lemonade, and their blueberry scones(I usually stock up on a few scones every time I visit, because they are phenomenal). Thank you Panera for being consistently awesome.”
