Met up with a friend here for some tea and ramen.
Menus a little confusing at first but luckily my friend knew how to navigate it well. The food was wonderful though. Portions were perfect as well and the meal comes complete with chopsticks(or normal utensils as well).
Nice atmosphere. The food is done well. I have tried several different dishes here and enjoyed them all. I thought the flavor of the sushi burrito was excellent, but I was not full after eating it, so if you're hungry get the double protein. Prices for the food are reasonable but it would be nice to see them instate a small drink/food combo. The price of the tea on top of the food makes for an expensive meal.
One of my favorite places in town now. The environment is calm and serene. Staff is generally helpful and friendly. Love most of the flavors of bubble teas. The only complaint I have is that they don't have chicken for ramen. The pork is too fatty, tho I'm sure it's used for flavor somehow, I can't have the shrimp or tofu, and want more than just vegetable. Chicken seems like a good option to offer.
I have been a big fan of bubble tea for years and taichi is an exceptional place to get it. The quality is good and the variety is amazing. I have found myself going back there really regularly and I have not been disappointed yet. The food is all really good too if a little more expensive than I want to spend regularly but it is a nice treat. More than anything though if you like bubble tea or just want to try it this is the place for you
Their bubble tea is the best I've ever had. Multiple options for what kind of tea you want, what kind of "bubbles" you want, how much sugar you want, what bases you want your food to have, what meats, etc. The food ended up not being my taste and it is pretty expensive (makes sense given the quality of service and food, and the fact that it's a NY-owned store) but I'd definitely recommend this place. I wish they had more mochi options, though. All the workers were excellent, and it has an amazing atmosphere. They even have a little quiet room, likely for meetings or small, private parties. Definitely a great place to stop by if you're on a long jog or bike ride!!
