We had brunch for my husband’s birthday, we loved everything! The atmosphere, the mimosa/Bloody Mary bar was amazing! I had the bananas foster french toast was the best I’ve ever had! We hope to stop there every time we are visiting Mt Pleasant!
We have now been for Brunch and normal Lunch. Both times were AMAZING! I cannot say enough praises about this place. The menu is unique, the food is clearly scratch made and delicious, the drinks are innovative and strong!
Not only was the atmosphere awesome but the staff was super friendly and accommodating! Someone in our party has a food allergy and they were so great at checking ingredients and giving us alternatives it really means a lot! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the ginger peach tea, very delicious and fresh!
Wood Shop Social is a great addition to the Mt. Pleasant dining landscape. The casual yet upscale decor is a welcoming place to meet after work or for enjoying the Bourbon Bar atmosphere.
The food is really fresh. In fact, the arugula in my salad was the freshest and most crisp that I’ve ever had.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Una, the General Manager, enjoyed telling the story behind the Horse Soldier Premier Bourbon. Be sure to ask about it when you go there.
I've been trying to find the deserving words to best describe the exceptional experience that is Wood Shop Social.
We are beyond grateful that a restaurant like this is in Mt Pleasant, there is nothing that compares in quality, taste, or creativity. The menu continues to evolve as the ingredients are fresh and seasonal and it seems something is new to the menu with each visit.
The best drink of my life has been The French Lavender. We've tasted almost every appetizer, and most main courses - things I wouldn't normally think I like have such a flavorful, unique spin to them, each dish is nothing short of phenomenal.
The staff are knowledgeable, and genuine. The restaurant is clean and well kept, service is also really fast.
Congrats Chef, you've given a gift to this town that we can only hope others take note of, the cuisine in MP has been sorely lacking until now. Bravo!
