“I gave this place a 3 because I have visited it twice in the past couple of weeks and both times I went inside to place an order. Well they only had one person working the counter, she had to do everything, take the order, take the money, fix any drinks, shakes, ice cream orders. This takes a lot of time, both times I waited at least 15 minutes. There were a lot of people waiting for their order. This lady was very friendly and trying to get things done as quick as she could, so I give her credit. But no credit to the managers/owners for being to cheap to get some extra help in there.”

“I ordered extra syrup for my 2 orders of hotcakes and sausage. I was only given 2 syrup cups and I was charged extra for the extra syrup I ordered and did not get. I was also not given a receipt. BUT when I called, the manager offered to REPLACE my orders of hotcakes and sausage! He gave me his name and reference number. ????”

“Lox and bagels on a campus in Mount Pleasant. That is awesome! Great place to get your caffeine, sugar or (in my case) lox fix. During peak traffic time it can be really busy and have a long-wait so keep that in mind.”
