    The food has always been great, one of my favorites but check you order if you use the drive thru, they often forget something. The manager Chip, is extremely nice, helpful and makes it right.

    Fast service. A good option from what we normally have in town. Feels healthier than other fast food.

    Sandwiches and salads are great, service is ok, sometimes a smile from the crew would be nice, they always seem very down. The cookies are the best you can find at a restaurant, hands down. Hot peppers are actually pretty hot!!

    Very good food. Nice variety. Great decor. The smoothies, shakes, and malts are exquisite. We enjoyed the one in Holland MI on Monday and the one in Jackson on Tuesday. Both were worth the visit. Our total were over 20 dollars, so a little higher than we like.

    We happened stopped at Potbelly on a whim and it was a great decision! They were extremely friendly Anne their sandwiches were fantastic. Definitely try their Voodoo chips! So delicious!
