Best service, great food options and beautiful atmosphere!

Love love loved the strawberry shortcake waffles. Oh my. Loved the atmosphere too. Extremely pretty decor. Would keep going back here.

I eat well here every time I’m in Kalamazoo - always surprised at the new flavors but happy to see old favorites on the menu. Most best is to enjoy a drink or two downstairs prior to the fine dining.

My first time eating here was on Valentine’s Day – so the service we received was probably not representative of their service on a normal day. But I was disappointed. Our waitress took forever to come back and take our order, and our food didn’t come until almost an hour after we arrived. She never came to check in while we were waiting for our meals, though she was able to stop and talk to the table next to us multiple times.

The salad I ordered to start was noticeably salty, and my vodka pasta was lukewarm and the sauce was very sweet. We paid nearly $80 for 1 soup, 1 salad, and 2 entrees.

I might give them one more chance, but ultimately I left disappointed by the steep price I paid for mediocre service and food.
