do not understand the naysayers as portions are good, facility is new & clean, service is quick and polite, food is consistently very good highlighted by moist brisket and ribs that have good marbling - smoke flavor is not overwhelming, sides and sauces are all good. I get around the mitten and Kelvin Co is in my top 5 BBQ. Prices are fair as good BBQ is never cheap!

Brisket and pulled pork were delicious and I really like the house signature bbq sauce. It was great for lunch or dinner. Fast friendly service.

I loved their downtown Kalamazoo location. This one is even closer to the main hub by US-131. Same expertly done slow smoked meats. The brisket and pulled pork don't need any sauce at all, but they have excellent sauces that should at least be tried. Their sides are solid too. Get in here and see what all the fuss is about.
Pro tip: There is a Five Guy's right next door. Get a little crazy, grab a 1/3 lb of pulled pork to go from Kelvin and Co, and slap it on a Five Guy's burger. Prepare for the meatiest food coma and one heck of a satisfying bite!

I really like the food here! Always prompt friendly service, biggest downside is the sweet tea. One time it had just been brewed and no one told me so it was still hot ????????‍♀️. The next time I had it, it had been over sugared so it was so sickly sweet I couldn't drink it. Overall I'd recommend it! But be aware of quality control issues in regards to the sweettea.

Amazing!!! The brisket mac and cheese will change the way you view the world. The pickles may be the key to world peace. I love the pulled pork and pulled chicken. The sauces are out of this world. This place is a must try if you're in town. Super friendly staff.
