Papa John's Pizza

Nice staff. Quick and tasty

I have been going there once a week for damn near 6 years. Always carry out, almost same order every time. Within the past year the usual staff has turned over rather quickly, the last 4 orders have been wrong. The girls making the pizza have always done a fantastic job. Today I was charged almost twice the usual charge, believe me I have remembered the prices the last 6 years. I don't know obviously the procedure in training but they have lost a very steady customer.

They have screwed up my order the last two times I ordered with them. The first time the manager informed me something was wrong with the pizza they made me and he needed to remake it. No problem, mistakes happen. He even offered to put a free pizza on my account to compensate the 40 minutes that I waited (although this never happened). Second time I saw my pizza come out and overheard the team in the back saying it needed to be remade. No one informed me. 30 minutes later I asked again about my pizza. They had remade it and set it to the side without notifying me. They hand it to me without a word about the 45 minutes that I've been waiting in the store (60 minutes since ordering). I appreciate their cheap pizzas, but it is not worth an hour of my time.

Amazing pizza for Amazing prices. Whenever I am in a time crunch I go to Papa John's for good food and I get it fast. The service is great. I definitely recommend going to Papa John's.
