Atwater Brewery in GR

A little bit of Detroit in GR, yay!!! I love Atwater! The Bavarian pretzel appetizer is fantastic, and the Philly sandwich is where it's at. The staff is wonderful to make suggestions and you can't go wrong with a flight. Thumbs up!

Fish tacos are really good and you have to try one or several of the ice cream bars (they’re to die for!)

In the heart of downtown Grand Rapids along Grand River. As always I did the flight route. Hey Diddle Diddle, Wheat Ale has hints of apricots, blood orange AND rose petals...I’ve never eaten a rose petal to know! Regardless, it’s a good summer drink. The Milkshake IPA was lighter than expected but not a high IBU and very easy on the palette. Their “Off the clock” DIPA was pretty much like most I’ve had. A solid choice. Then the “Ghost of Peridition” a American Barleywine packing a 8.9% ABU! Really a dangerous one and done nicely!

Not many places rank well for food and I’m picky when it comes to pizza but I have to say they have one of the best Margarita pizzas I’ve had. Get the thin crust! The manager says the Big Fat Greek is his favorite by far. They make their own buffalo sauce for the buffalo chicken pizza.

Absolutely wonderful service, our bartender was great. Definitely make use of their float option, it was tough narrowing down to four to try! Comfy seating, and now that it's getting a little warmer they had the bar partially open to air during our visit. Such a lovely touch.

Recently visited for the first time and can't wait to come back!

Excellent food- everything was exactly as ordered and just the right temp. Enjoyed trying the different sauces. My drink was delicious and again, can't wait to stop back in.

Service was top notch too! We were greeted and seated quickly and our server was attentive and friendly.
