    We decided to have Basalt cater the one year anniversary party for our business. Our guests raved about the food and we couldn't have been happier with our decision in choosing Basalt. We're so excited to be able to enjoy their food more often now that they are at the Fulton Street Farmers Market! Be sure to check them out.

    I have had most of the breakfast tacos offered by Basalt at the Fulton Street Farmers market. I was not a breakfast tacos person before this but I have quickly become one. The care and compassion for good quality food and ingredients by its chef and creator is evident in each bite.
