    Fast if you go inside. You have the ability to use the kiosks inside now and you literally can get your food without speaking to anyone.

    Now that's what I call service.

    They have a kiosk for ordering now. I think it's great, especially for complex special requests.
    I was mildly insensed for waiting around the counter 2 min. Until an employee came up front. She pointed out the kiosk and told me to check it out. I did not get the impression she was giving me a choice. I was looking forward to talking with a cashier, but the kiosk worked great.
    I love the option and the technological advance; but I still want employees to be inviting and conversational.
    P.S. I know I am more chatty than fast-food allows.
