There was a little activity board which was good for little kids. Most of the play area was filled with some electronic toys and foosball that were not working. Not great for youngsters.”

“I attended a friend's birthday party here. The waitresses did a phenomenal job serving our large group. The outdoor atmosphere is entertaining and relaxing overlooking the Grand River. I had the Michigan Pulled Pork sandwich with homemade potato chips. It was delicious. Best to come here on an empty stomach.”

“I've been here a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience during each one. There was one time that my friend and I arrived during a very busy time, and they promptly notified us that the kitchen was backed up and our food might take longer than normal. It did take a while, but our server went above and beyond and didn't credit us for our appetizer (Root chips - would HIGHLY recommend) and even gave us free dessert. It's a great place for a dinner or date and they also have a beautiful outdoor seating area.”

“My recent visit to this place was my first Five Guys experience. Everyone raves about Five Guys, so I was very much looking forward to trying them out. My overall experience was a positive one, but it didn't quite live up to all of the hype. The burger was very tasty but extremely sloppy. I don't just mean sloppy because of all the toppings. I mean a slice of cheese was hanging half way outside of the burger and wasn't even melted, and there were almost more toppings just laying inside the wrapper than there were on the burger itself. Still, when it put it all back together properly it tasted very good. The fries have a nice flavor as well, but they were not at all crispy. Again, I think Five Guys is a solid fast food option, but for the high cost of their food, and for all of the rave reviews I have heard and read about this place, I was expecting a a better experience. I will try them again in the future. Maybe I caught them on an off day. I do recommend Five Guys. 1 star deducted for a burger that looked like they didn't even try to assemble it properly, and for the soggy fries, but 4 stars for the great flavor and the fun experience.”

“The service is excellent to say the least. I ordered a five piece chick’n’tender and they gave me nuggets on accident. I went back up to the counter and spoke with Andrew. He sincerely apologized and told me I could keep the nuggets and said they would make the chicken tenders for us. The chicken tenders came out quickly and Andrew personally brought them out to us and was extremely polite to us, apologized again, and even offered us extra sauces and asked if we needed anything else! Andrew was SO nice and polite and honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, including dine-in places! Even though it was a minor mistake that I wasn’t even mad about, he made sure to make it up to me! On top of that, the food was amazing as always. We will definitely be back!”
