“About a month ago, I ordered boneless wings and a half pound of fries. When I opened the box of fries, I was shocked to see how few fries there were for what should've been a "half pound". So when I got home, I broke out my food scale and weighed them and the scale read 4.5 oz. I called the owner and let her know so that it didn't happen again/to other customers. She said she would let the kitchen staff know. Last week, I decided to give it another go. I again ordered boneless wings and a half pound of fries, got home and weighed them in at 6 oz. A half pound should equal 8 ounces...Although I love their food, I won't return because I haven't been getting my money's worth.”

“This place is legit, they smoke and cook A LOT of meets. They have plenty to offer, All American, (seafood options as well). I mean this in the best way possible when I say it's a mix between Grand Coney and a local BBQ joint . Great boneless wings too, with a ton of sauces to choose from. If you haven't been I highly recommend trying a few things before making any judgments. Friendly staff as well. OH! They also have drive-thru.”

“Great food and fun atmosphere. We went on a Saturday at dinner; highly recommend a reservation. We set one up and they use text to verify and to let you know your table is ready. The restaurant is modern and classy, but casual dress is fine. Our chef was funny and kind, and he was good with kids and adults. I highly recommend the steak, medium rare to medium, with the apple ginger sauce.”

“I don't know how they do it, but they have perfected their signature sizzler. You'll be pleased with pretty much anything on their menu, and almost never have to wait for a table! The Brann family have been prominent in the local restaurant scene for decades. They have prevailed through all the food industry changes, the ups and downs, and varying trends as they've come and gone. And for good reason. Good food, excellent service, reasonable prices, and dependable consistency.”

“We had a very nice dinner here of shrimp and parmesan steak, with garlic mashed potatoes. Also the baby back ribs, and an appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip were good. The French Onion soup arrived with the meal, which wasn't a deal breaker, but earlier would have been better. The bartender wasn't familiar with a chocolate martini and so it tasted off, but the service made up for it- Traci P. was a hoot and took very good care of us. The salads were nice and big, but I do miss the option of Thousand Island salad dressing :/”

“Went on Mother's Day. It was super busy, but our waiter was terrific! He checked on us just enough and was patient while we figured out what the kids wanted. Waiter was kind helpful answered questions and always had a smile very pleasant young man. “This Jimmy John’s is by far the BEST ever!!! We order regularly for our office, and it’s always fast and awesome. The one time we had a small misunderstanding, the manager Tyler handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism. We adore ALL of the delivery drivers, but Bryan deserves a extra big shout out. He is ALWAYS so cheerful and outgoing. He remembers all of us and never fails to leave us with a smile. They used to be fast-food style quick, but now they're about the same pace as any other sit down restaurant. Employees seem to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off with no idea what's going on. Overall you can't beat the value of Steak 'N Shake, unless you're in a hurry. In that case go to one of their fast food competitors.”

“I think this last visit was the worst visit I've ever had at Red Robin. I typically don't like Red Robin but my friends wanted to go so I went to try it out again. We weren't served bottomless fries to start with even though we had 2 burgers ordered at the table. Isn't this what you're known for? One of the burgers we ordered was very undercooked, the waitress could see that my friend only took a few bits of the burger and let the rest sit there because it was almost Rare but the waitress didn't say anything or even notice. We ordered it Medium. I asked my friend if she wanted another one but at that point she had lost her appetite. Very disappointed. Maybe I'll try Red Robin again in a couple years or so.”
