“this was my first visit to a jimmy john's. the restaurant was military clean. the food was not salty or greasy or slimy. my sandwich was extremely fresh. the bread was slightly crisp and soft. as i was sitting in a booth, their lunch hour arrived. what an incredible crew!!!!!! organized and efficient. ERIC was incredible!!!!!! he answered my questions with solutions. he is very professional and has manners. i will eating there quite often now. Renee”
