“My daughters and I met at this spot because it was halfway between Big Rapids & Grand Rapids. We were originally going to go elsewhere to dine in, but we were less than impressed with staff at other area restaurants without masks. So, we ended up here and I’m so glad that we did! We ordered cinnamon sticks, garlic knots, and a 12 in pizza (1/2 BBQ 1/2 Cheese). Everything was delicious. The pizza sauce had a great garlic flavor that tasted very fresh. the BBQ sauce was good & tangy. The pizza was topped with an ample amount of toppings. The cinnamon sticks are made with 12in pizza dough and they were so delicious (and affordable)! I didn’t think we’d be able to eat them all- but we did! The employees were all very kind and attentive. We will definitely stop here again when my girls & I need to meet-up!”

“We ordered a mocha Frappuccino and salted caramel mocha Frappuccino. There is about a 1$ difference in price and size difference can be seen in the images. They were very busy, especially drive thru. Wait was about 15 minutes. Not too bad. Dine in was open, but you have to enter with a mask on. All employees were wearing a face mask and they had proper social distancing measures in place.”

“I stopped by 2 days in a row and had wildly different experiences. Monday, August 3rd around 6:30am, there was a gentleman working the drive-through that was extremely respectful, clear and thorough throughout the entire experience. I ordered a bagel belt meal with a large iced coffee and it was timely and just as I had ordered. Tuesday, August 4th around 6:30am, there was a young lady working the drive-through. I ordered the exact same thing as the morning before. At the window, she attempted to hand me a hot coffee, so I gently reminded her that I ordered an iced coffee. She apologized politely, but then, I believe, just poured it into a plastic cup with ice because when the iced coffee was handed to me, it was warm and watered down. Additionally, the bagel belt had no tomato or lettuce on it. I love Tim Hortons, but just goes to show how a simple morning interaction can make or break your interpretation of the business if that’s your first or only time.”
