The service is very fast and it's always fresh. I love the cheese curds there. The one issue is the price. You can easily spend $15 per person. Assuming you get ice cream and a full meal. “Bagger Dave's has been here for several years now but I'd heard that their burgers were ridiculously expensive so I hadn't gone there. Yesterday, on a whim, my husband and his mother and myself went to check it out. The atmosphere was interesting: there was a toy train on a track that ran over our heads and black and white historical photos of Grand Rapids. Although everything was very open and spacious, there wasn't the terribly harsh acoustics that one often experiences in set ups like this. HUGE positive marks for that! The menu has a lot to choose from - interesting burger creations or create your own, as well as sandwiches, salads and more. The soft drinks that were michigan made were quite yummy if not The Best I've ever had. The twisted Mac and cheese was awesome! Excellent blend of different cheeses and piping hot. In sum, I'd definitely go again!”

“Jimmy John’s is my daughters favorite restaurant and so subsequently she wanted Jimmy John’s for her birthday meal. My wife ordered Jimmy John’s from the drive-through however when we got home the bread was stale to the point where my daughters couldn’t bite into it. I promptly returned to get new subs for my family. The manager kindly obliged and made it right, remaking the subs for my little daughters. The workers were helpful and friendly. It goes a long way to help the customer like that. Jimmy John’s will continue to be our go-to spot on “errand night” and on my daughter’s birthday. Thank you Jimmy John’s!”

This place has great quality and affordable prices. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were attended to, but not overly so. The food was beautifully displayed, bursting with amazing flavors, ample portions (didn't even have to season anything with salt or pepper), and friendly atmosphere.
