Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was great. Our waitress was amazing. One of the best we've ever had.

DELICIOUS burgers! Very pleasant. attentive waitress! Drinks and fries were never empty!

Food and service was great! Was surprised the bathroom was so dirty especially since we were there when they first opened. That was very disappointing!

Ugh. Well our server was an absolute nightmare when we attended this facility. Forgot our appetizers, tables who came in after us got their food before us, our food was cold. Still being cold it was good, but I never recieved a drink refill to wash my food down with ???? The shakes were awesome. The manager, not so much. The prices aren't bad, I would say average. The entire time we were eating our meal there were dirty tables surrounding ours. It was not busy when we attended so I see no excuse for that. Disgusting.

You go here if you have kids, or if you want a decent happy hour. I cannot imagine why someone would go here for any other reason. Can you get a good burger here? Probably. But it's a chain that has teenagers cooking your burger in the back, how much quality do you actually expect?
