“Every time I go I ask for less ice. LESS ICE. And they never write it in the order, they just say “yep” and then I pull up to get my drink and it’s filled with ice, sometimes even more than normal and “less ice” isn’t even written on the order ticket. JUST WRITE IT ON THE ORDER AND THEN YOU WILL REMEMBER THE LESS ICE.”
