Triangle Restaurant

Great restaurant on main road right around the corner from our vacation rental. Real home cooked food, the chicken soup with home made noodles was great, the tuna salad, home made chips and everything else the 4 of us had was awesome. Service good, considering they like so many other restaurants in UP were short staffed due to people not wanting to work. Ladies bathroom was really nice. Be sure to stop in!!!

We stopped for a quick lunch on our way back down state, and we were pleasantly surprised! Food was great, service was fantastic, even the bathrooms were nice! Great diner.

Stopped here at random on our way out of the UP and honestly (as we were in desperate need of some breakfast) the Triangle Restaurant was a delight. It was probably around 8 or 9 and a little busy on Labor Day so the food was a little wait, but the waitress was lovely and came by with coffee refills always at the right time. It was quiet, the view outside their long row of windows perfect in the morning with a lake just in the distance. Frankly it was a treat to wake up to, and the French Toast was delicious.

Solid soup and salad bar in the middle of nowhere. Food took awhile to come out, but when you’re up around here you’re on UP time. Waitress was really nice. Bacon cheese burger came with all the fixings and was delicious. If I’m ever around these parts again I’ll stop by.

Best whitefish sandwich in the UP. Great home made chips served with. Great breakfast served anytime. (pancakes and French toast only before 2PM) Try the home made corned beef, either in a grilled corned beef and Swiss on home-baked rye, or corned beef hash and eggs.
