Great breakfast!!! And took one of the massive cinnamon rolls for a road snack /meal . Amazing service delicious food and generous portions makes this a great stop for a meal before heading out to explore the wonders of the upper peninsula.
Friendly service. Our waiter was very nice. A long day on the road and it was nice to have some comfort food. My husband is very picky and he was pleased with his breakfast “dinner”. I had the perch sandwich and it was hot and tasty. Highly recommend for a relaxed atmosphere and good service.
We really love this place❤️ always friendly personnel, always. We stop in quite often, we make a lot of runs between Johannesburg - to the UP, sometimes 3,4 times a week. When we stay over night it’s always here, or we’ll even drop in quick for a carry out to take with us on way back across bridge:) It’s a clean & quaint place!
- I just want to add a small note quick, lately when I order cakes or a full breakfast, the pancakes & hash browns have been pretty over done. Been forgetting some things too. This last meal it was the salad. I’m not going to list it all bc it’s only been recently, like the last month or so. I’ll usually just run back in for whatever is missed, sometimes I take back in my pancakes sometimes I don’t. I got an omelette the last 2 times & honestly was just too tired to run back & forth. But they do always make up for it. No matter what you’re not losing our business😉My husband typically always gets the fish or steak & all but once loves them both! Steaks are always cooked to order also! Thank you all for your dependability & friendliness!
First time eating here. Wanted to check it out as we heard good things about it. The food was good we ordered turkey club, the brunch burger, and a Joe's chicken deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. Have no complaints about the food all our meals came with fries and coleslaw. Service started out well. Waitress was very nice got our drink order, took our food order was friendly throughout. However after we received our food we didn't see our waitress again. My wife had to go up to the counter to get her own to go box and we had to go to the counter to get our check. Overall I would recommend checking it out 👍
Came here to eat quick since there was a 45 min wait at Clyde’s drive in. I also love truck stop dives. We got a omelets, two shrimp baskets, chicken fingers and an brunch burger. The portions were very large and the price about average. The omelette, chicken fingers and chicken fingers were great. The shrimp baskets were ok. Be mindful that the do not do refills on drinks so u will be chargeable per drink. For the most part this was good. It was a typical diner but not the best I have been to
