Buddy's Pizza

Tried again today. Ordered large square deep dish, pepperoni, mushrooms, ham and extra sauce. My wife and I both agree, 100% night and day difference from our first time. Great job! Crust was perfect this time. Whatever positive changes you made, keep it up! Pizza tasted fantastic!

Edit update:
I was contacted by the manager at the Chesterfield location. She explained some things to me that makes sense. Without going into details, basically growing pains and sorting things out. She appreciates the feedback, as it will assist in improving going forward. I was offered a credit towards a future purchase that was much appreciated. I want their business to be successful and their food offerings to be tasty. Hoping our next order will be a winner! Added a star for their active role in reaching out and desire to improve.

Was looking forward to trying Buddy’s pizza today from their new location. Unfortunately, failed to meet our expectations. Ordered a large square deep dish pizza with 3 toppings. The pizza was cut awkwardly, sauce was scarce and only appeared on a few places per slice. The bottom was hard and very difficult to cut with a serrated butter knife. For the cost of this 3 topping pizza, I will go elsewhere, spend less and have a far better pizza. I was anticipating a fantastic pizza as Buddy’s was known for, but was left extremely disappointed. Outside of that, the staff was friendly.

I love their pizza! Very disappointed in this location as I ordered the regular 4 slice for take away. To my dismay, one slice had three pieces of pepperoni - how does that happen?

I ordered via the app and I'm not sure what went wrong, but instead of ordering for an 8 pm ready time, it was going to be ready much earlier. I called and explained the situation and they had no problem delaying the order until my original intended time.

Pickup was easy and the pizza's were delicious, another location up to the high standards of Buddy's Pizza!

Great experience this evening from the young man who took my phone order. The staff in the very crowded store greeted us with a smile. Everything was ready to go, the manger was out and about helping his staff as this building had only been open a few days. Pizza (we order 3 different kinds) and anti pasta salad were perfect. A+ in our book
