This is a great place for brunch! The portions are large, the food is good, and the prices are very fair! All of the staff, not just the waitstaff, is very kind and offers assistance to you throughout your meal. Also, when you go to check out, you can use apple/android pay for those of us inclined to have all our technology running the show.
The food here is great, definitely is better grade than a Coney. You do pay for it and their prices run high with other items being ala cart. A breakfast for 2 with a drink is easily $24-25 dollars, without tip. I have zero issue paying for good food and the cleanliness of the Grill. Here's the issue, the waitstaff is hit or miss. Not just during the rush. You never know who you're going to get. This would be a 5 star otherwise. Many friends I have brought here refuse to return for that reason and think I'm crazy for tipping 20%, but I will go back, just tip accordingly not overly generous per my norm.
My husband and I had breakfast here. Our food came quick. The veggie skillet was very good and my husband had the meat lovers omelet, which he enjoyed. Both were very large portions.
Came here while visiting family. Loved the food! Super good and big portions! I will definitely be coming here again when we visit.
Place is good with a good menu, small and cozy. The Hash browns are, a la carte for 99 cents which I don't necessarily agree with and it literally made my dad not eat there out of pure principal due to even the simplest of breakfast's costing around 8 dollars and where this place is located in the heart of a ghost town I could understand where he was coming from. But I just don't get them. I would have to say the country fried steak is my favorite. Good gravy to go with it. They also probably have one of the best fruit bowls I've seen compared to most restaurants who usually just use a bunch of filler melon. This was nothing but fresh strawberries bananas and blueberries. The perfect start to the day. Also the busing/hosting gentlemen who works there is probably one of the most polite and humble and helpful gentleman I've ever met in an establishment. Give this a place a try when you find yourself in the area. I believe you can't go wrong.
