Lazybones Smokehouse

Ordered ahead for a carry out, not ready when I got there, waited 10 min. Lady wasn't paying attention, not my name, I waited for someone else order?! mine was ready on counter the entire time. Normally good. This wasn't. Good food

I had never been here before. The staff was patient in helping me choose from their menu. The food was the best ever!

My friend brought me here a long time ago; as a transplanted Texan, I'm spoiled when it comes to BBQ and I am totally taken with Lazy Bones. Their meats, and poultry is superb. Their service staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. I only gave it five stars because the rating doesn't go to ten! Well worth it and highly recommended.

I only rate this place off of MI BBQ that I've tried. (If I compared it to places out of state it'd be two stars.) This place was decent, the ribs were smokey but didn't fall off the bone and the burnt ends were not quite right. They were a bit to greasy and fatty. I also wish I could have sampled the BBQ sauce before I had to pick one cause both choices were not a favorite of mine, which were there house sauce and one called hill Billy BBQ sauce. . The desserts in the cooler looked pretty good.
One thing that was a small negative was that the menu was so packed it was a little hard to read. In the end I am glad I tried this place just to find out what it was like.
This place is not the best nor the worst, infact it's far from the worst. I just don't think I'll be back anytime soon unless you're buying that is ;).

Awesome BBQ! Some of the best around, these folks REALLY know what they’re doing. It’s definitely worth the drive if you aren't close. We got the Texas Sampler and it was an insane amount of food for a great price! Can’t wait to go back.
