“Little Mom and Pa place. Good food and good coffee. We had one experience a couple years ago, with a hair in my wife's food. It was quickly resolved and the owner didn't charge us for her food and took 10% off the remaining bill. We know that everyone sheds hair and we didn't freak out about it. I've eaten at five star Restaurants and found hair. We get takeout from here every other Saturday and have had great food and awesome service. We just ordered dinner here on 5/11/19 and it was great. The staff was so friendly with our takeout order and continued to give us the same great service and food as usual. I would highly recommend this restaurant and encourage anyone that enjoys a quaint restaurant to try Palmer's.”

“Did carryout twice the last 3 weeks. No complaints. Both times combo ordered egg food young and almond boneless chicken. While there were no almonds on the chicken, it did taste fine and the portion was decent. Egg foo young same portion size, nice. Egg rolls were what to be expected (chinese style). Fried rice was good. All food fresh and piping hot...including gravy for the main dishes. No package leaks, packed neatly and safely. Will order carry out again.”

“Great food and great staff. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is very well done. Service is ALWAYS good. Don't usually dine in but in the past I always had a great exp there with the wait staff. In the last year I have only had one, maybe 2 issues with them forgetting a soup or the fried noodles for the soup and I prob order at least once a month sometimes twice. They've always fixed the error on the next order if I don't want to come back. One time I complained that I didn't get enough chicken in my meal and they gave me an entire meal the next time and I wasn't asking for that just wanted to let them know that I didn't get too much meat and they took very good care of me.”

“I originally went into this store to see if they had the ice cream that Fox 2 Detroit News reviewed on their station and they didn't so I decided to get some pizza which was okay. I am giving them 3 stars because of how the employees there made me feel. They watched me as walked through the store as if I was going to steal something and when I asked questions they really didn't want to answer me. I even went back a second time a week later to see if I would be treated the same and I was. The upside is they have a nice variety of liquor with very good prices.”
