    meat is cooked to my satisfaction. But again no seasoning they should at least offer seasoning cooked on the meat. For of us who like their food seasoned.

    I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which wouldn't have been as bad if my order would have been prepared as ordered. Finally Rcvd my order, walked to my table to eat, realized I had no pickles. Went back to Charley's, requested pickles, was told they were out. Asked the employee if they had pickles in the back. She asked the owner? (person not in uniform, wearing a Corona beer hat, and another lady there had on a manager badge) who replied " we have more in the back but it would take 10 minutes to open them, so no". Very rude, would not acknowledge, speak, or make eye contact with me. Other patrons were complaining also. More training is needed by staff. Also, with a long line and lots of customers waiting, one sandwich at a time was being cooked on the grill at certain times during this visit/fiasco. DO BETTER!!!
