“Really cute, little cafe. There are tons of places to sit, lots of manga to read, good music, and just good vibes. We got the Aurora Lemonade, super pretty, but I felt like it could have a bit more flavor? A kiwi strawberry drink, it tasted like a typical fruit smoothie. We also got the honey bread, which was actually delicious. There are so many different things to try, so it's definitely worth a couple of visits!”

“While I’m not a coffee drinker, I’m still glad I found this little shop. The owners and employees are very polite. Their lunches are simple but good and their hot chocolate is comparable to other bigger named shops - maybe even a little better. They have a great assortment of Michigan products so definitely a place to shop and support local. Definitely recommend checking them out even if you aren’t a coffee drinker.”

“5 stars across the board. Meal 1 & 2 were tenders and fries, meal 3 was tenders and waffles. All the chicken was so juicy, tender, perfect seasoning, and fresh. We are a dipping family, and none of us needed any dipping sauces. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. They offered us all a sample of their drinks before purchasing. This is a must come and check it out.”

Everything they sell here is healthy & delicious. My favorite smoothie is the Blue Banana Smoothie. They also have the best Açaí bowls, my favorite is the Pure Pitaya. Overall, it is a great health conscious place to grab a smoothie and a healthy Açaí bowl. The customer service here is amazing as well. I would highly recommend stopping in.”

Everyone was so friendly, and the service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make a veggie dog when they found out one of our staff was vegetarian. I definitely recommend Road Dogz!”

“It's definitely a must try. Ideally, for us, 4-6 people would be perfect. The food was good, but there was no direction in how the Korean BBQ and Hot Pot worked. We had a party for 4 and ended up ordering WAY too much food. It was delicious. I loved having the hot pot while my husband enjoyed the bbq. It is certain worth the extra $5/person to get both! If possible, check out their menu before going. Ask your guests what they are hoping to try, and that way, you can maximize the food and experience. The only negative thing for me is that I wish they had carryout containers to at least take your hot pot home. I understand them not wanting to offer takeout containers for the barbecue, but the hot pot is so big that I felt like we wasted so much food.”

“Cheesesteak wasn’t bad. Comparable to Tubby’s so….. Really wanted a delicious cheesesteak so I thought I’d try this place out even though I was told it wasn’t good. The meat tasted fresh and wasn’t overdone. My order was accurate and that’s hard to get with takeout nowadays. Service was what is expected nowadays. I ordered curly fries and I must have gotten the bottom of the bag & whoever made them must have forgotten they were being fried because they were fried so hard they were harder than kettle chips; so that was money wasted. This wouldn’t be my go to spot for sandwiches. I’m not sure it was good enough to even think about a second trip BUT that’s for me, I’m a little picky when it comes to fries & cheesesteak. I may be willing to try something else from here though. With all of the sandwich shops around there’s plenty of others to try before coming back though.”

“Fresh pita bread out of the oven was amazing! Garlic sauce was made in-house and very delicious. I got a leg of lamb for $3.99 a lb and a lamb shoulder for $4.99 a lb. You really can't beat prices like that. They provided excellent service and are very nice. They told me to come back soon and tell them how everything was (pita, garlic sauce, and what I was planning to make with the shoulder) but I live pretty far away and don't know when I'll be back. I'm writing them this review instead. Hope you give them a try.”

“I was impressed 👌 with Al Shoroq restaurant for the night we me and my two best friends in a band gig, Authentic music comes with a taste of 🇮🇶 Iraqi cuisine starting with maza contains chopped cucumbers onions tomatoes 🍅 vinegar and olive oil salad spiced up with the chef's 👨🍳 touch and here comes the Kabab with grilled tomatoes and chopped onions and cabbage curry turshi. “This place is wonderful if you're looking for delicious, authentic Thai flavors and a friendly, welcoming vibe. We've visited a few times, and everything we tried has always been prepared impeccably and tasted great. Don't miss the chive pancakes, curry puffs, and Larb. If you're adventurous, try the papaya salad Thai style (ours had crab legs mixed in). The Massaman curry was great as well as the Singapore noodles. If you can catch it when in season, definitely get mango sticky rice (the color of the rice is blue from butterfly pea flower tea). Say hi to Susie, the owner, she's so lovely to talk to and what keeps the standards here so high. 10/10”

“I have read all the comments and feedback, decided to visit this new place to see and compare to other Iraqi restaurants I have been. I have to say the place is very nice, elegant decor. It was busy and there was a wait for 30 min for Thursday night dinner. I came with 3 co workers, one of then never tried Iraqi food. I have to say the food was great. The appetizers were delicious and the main dish was too. The reason they did not get full 5 star is their service. May be the place is new and they are still learning, but I have experienced this mediocre service with every Arabic restaurant. They serve amazing food, but they do not provide good experience. Our server was good, but slow. They brought the soups and appetizers ontime, but they never came cleaned the table from the dirty plates, the water was never filled, my friend ordered tea which never showed up. The stew and the all appetizers and food had no serving spoon. Small things but make a big difference in a customer experience. I talked to owner/ manager and highlighted the short coming in his operation. I will for sure try again and see if the improve or go the other side. Update on June 26: Came back again today with a friend from Minneapolis and I have to say the service improved dramatically. Every few min someone come and check on us, they brought pitcher of ice water, cleaned the table once done with soup and appetizers. Keep it this way and this place will shine.”

“My favorite place to get fake chicken tenders. Price is a little high but there’s not too many other places that offer the “pretendies”. I also love their sauces. They have a ton to choose from. I usually get their Cajun Parmesan. I’ve gotten the fries with the sauce on top before but I now just get sauce on the side because the fries will get soggy before I can get to eat them. I also make sure to get well done for the tenders and fries so they’re extra crispy. Food is usually done at a decent time. I also love that they offer Faygo drinks.”
