Cashier was good and polite getting my order correct and my pastry order too. They have good lemonade, and salad also. Things that they need assistance with:Limited choices for pastries-they didn't have my cherry turnover pastry for the free one or the 99cent offer. Also the metal piece on the lemonade dispenser comes off real easy. That needs to be fixed.
I've been ordering food here for delivery for months, but I finally got a chance to stop in a few weeks ago and was blown away by how nice it was. The tablets make it easy to order without ever having to speak to someone (which is extremely helpful for somebody with social anxiety like myself, plus it frees up employees to get the food out to the customers). The lobby area was clean and atmospheric, a great place for creative types to come and get work done, or for some after-school studying. Food is always incredible, and eating it in-house on nice platter is worlds better than eating it at home out of a cardboard box. Restrooms were clean as well. Some things could be explained better, like their beeper system where you take a little device that vibrates when your order is ready, but other than that, this is a great place to eat.
Been a long time since I went to Panera, needed a change for a quick pick up of fresh bread. Waited in a short line of 2 ahead of me, but took 15 minutes! However, the bread was fresh & sliced perfectly. I will try it again for certain. I kept away due to pink chicken on several occasions, but I will try again.
