Passport Pizza - Sterling Hts

UPDATED: Called in a delivery at 7pm on a Thursday. Was told 30-45 minutes. I called back after 1.25 hours just to be told the pizza was going in the oven now. I told them to change the order to pickup and I would be there in 10 minutes. They apologized when I got to the store and said that the charge would be voided and the pizza was free due to the inconvenience. After that, I thought I may still be a customer until I found the charge on my credit card. I will not be going back to this location. Nothing worse than when people lie.

I had spoke to the owner regarding the above issue and it was promptly resolved. We now order from this location at least once a week. The one thing we have changed is we tend to get it as carry out rather than delivery. The workers are always accommodating. This is now our favorite pizza place! Keep up the great work!

Not bad at all. It’s a real treat to watch the chefs sling and spin dough and the food is 5 star worthy but the call directory can use some improvement. The gentleman at the counter suggested the online ordering system for convenience and exclusive deals so I’ll try that next time.

Decided to try something a little different decided to pick up a Popeye's spinach and chicken with a garlic crust. WOW! Definitely my new favorite pizza. I love the white sauce with the garlic with the thin crust. Much better than Domino's spinach pizza, never going back to that!
