“First time in this store. We pass the store all the time and we decided to stop for a soda on our day of venture driving. I was so surprised to see so much food items and their meat counter looked stunning. The cuts and color of meat looked really good. We will return to try some of their fresh cut steaks and reasonable priced. Not a good place to visit when you are hungry .”

“Beautiful pristine setting on peninsula between Portage lake and Lake Michigan. Staff was friendly and courteous. Amenities were plentiful for vacation resort and sunsets on Lake Michigan beach gorgeous and always changing. They have a new pool house area with a hot tub that overlooks Portage lake for a restful view.”

“One word: charming. This adorable little grill, adorned with license plates and different "automotive" decorations is a gem. I've only been here once, so I can only speak from my experience, but the french toast was a little undercooked in the center. Honestly not a big deal, as the bacon was amazing, as was my mother's omelette. Usually, there is quite the wait on the weekends to get into this place, as it is only open until 2:00PM- we were lucky to go on Sunday at about 10:00AM and get in without too much of a wait. Quiet, cute, and the waitresses were all very nice. I enjoyed it, for sure!”
