We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners and an oversized chair from Household. One of the recliners had a factory mechanical defect. We brought it back the next day and within 10 minutes, Household unloaded the broken recliner and loaded a new one on our truck. Marcia and the crew were excellent to work with - highly recommend!

I purchased a washer and dryer set because of their warranty and their ability to service the unit. A couple of parts failed and I was expecting it to be under warranty, I was surprised to be billed for the service. I initially paid for the the repair even though it was under warranty. The bill was eventually resolved and covered under warranty after several phone calls.
