Northern Lights Dining

The quality comes and goes, some days the only options are burgers that make me sick, vegan “food,” awful pizza, or a salad. Breakfast slaps, IF you can manage to make it there in time. I pay about $1500 dollars more than it’s worth though and the fact that we eat off paper plates and plastic utensils is a slap in the face. Very clear that their whole budget is spent on parents night and the holiday dinner, leaving us with scraps the rest of the semester. All things considered though it’s better than the food at all the other colleges I visited. They cook the vegetables so good. Extremely mixed bag. I’m
