“If you feel a cold coming on, or just need some serious comfort food, get yourself a bowl of their chicken noodle soup. Matzo ball optional, but recommended.”

“Stopped in on Sunday. Service was quick and the coffee was good! I got a breakfast sandwich which was nice and hot and a maple cappuccino. The atmosphere was modern and inviting with a bunch of houseplants 🤩”

“We ordered breakfast online from our hotel. Maybe we could have gotten slightly better selections in person. I had a very salty swiss cheese and ham sandwich. My wife liked her oats but they were a bit smaller than we thought they should be. They worked well with an extra side of fruit. Our drinks were quite good.”

“What a fantastic spot! I admit I was wary going in, with the track record of historical spots that don't always live up to their reputations. I'm glad to be shown how lovely and deserving of its enduring reputation Trenary is! Incredible food that is only as complicated as it needs to be, inviting cozy interior, and staff who are friendly and helpful! I absolutely adored the lox, and the breakfast sammie on a cinnamon roll was great (add the pepper jelly!). I got their famous and delicious toast to go, of course”

“Went to The Cellar - their fixed menu restaurant downstairs of the wine bar. The Cellar was phenomenal! Small and intimate setting with dim lighting and velvet booth seating. Probably one of the most delicious courses I've had. The menu changes weekly which allows the chefs to be creative and stick to seasonal produce. Atmosphere was casual and not pretentious or stuffy at all. While we didn't have wine with every course, we enjoyed the cocktails. Great spot for a special occasion!”
