    No complaints about food or service but YOU NEED TO PATCH THE POTHOLES IN THE DRIVE!! It's been way overdue. This is related to customer satisfaction--mine! I'm sure others would be agree! PLEASE!

    Always prefer Wendy's! Chicken is the best white meat and so tender! Sandwiches are full of flavor, even burgers. Love the thick skin fries and variety of flavored lemonades. My fav!

    We stopped here for a quick bite before driving home. As with any Wendy’s, it was an enjoyable experience. We were helped by Matt, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When our order took a bit longer than expected, he gave us a free coffee for our troubles. He was very apologetic about the wait. Thanks for the great service, this was much appreciated.

    We needed something quick after we got off the ferry. We ordered 2 sandwiches & 1 drink & it was expensive. The woman at the drive up window was yelling at another employee about re-making something. Not a pleasant place.

    I had a good meal at the Ludington Wendy's. The best of all is that I got hot french fries, just out of the fryer. I had a bacon cheeseburger which was good and a frosty. The Wendy's is clean and the people working there are friendly.
