Island Resort & Casino

We love the Island resort. The wonderful atmosphere, food and rooms. My only complaint is the male bartender wasn't very friendly this past Sunday evening at the 5 bridges bar. The bloody Mary was the best I've had in along time but a friendly smile and greeting would have made it better. It happened the last time we stayed also from another bartender. I like to feel appreciated when I give you business not like a burden . I hope they realize it affects their tip. Other than that love your casino.

Well maintained and clean facility, with a good offering of table games you cant find in most of the other upper peninsula casinos. Shortage of dealers prevented all the tables from opening, but all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Played the Sweetgrass gild course during my visit, and it too mirrored the excellence of the casino and staff. I anticipate a return to this location.

The entire staff was excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. My room was so clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the food and beverages, they were fanatastic and so affordable. I would definitely visit again! ????????

Very neat clean employees are very wounderful. Rooms are fabulous. Foods fabulous. And the slots are not bad. You can at least play for awhile. Not to smoke all around I give them 5 stars. Great place to stay and play and sleep. Keep up the great casino to stop in play and stay.

Not happy with the food. The room was nice. The machines were tight..
I am a smoker would of been nice to have a smoking room
or a balcony.
I don’t think I will be back. I do gamble quite a bit so hard to come back if machines do not pay.
The weather was beautiful. I read some reviews hard to believe anyone liked the food. My steak was paper thin wanted it medium rare was well done my baked potato I had to cut with my steak knife it was so hard. Need new cooks. The restaurant Fire Side was so cold I heard someone say to a waitress when what they would like to order they said I would like a jacket.
