    Great customizable salads, with lots of options, for vegetarians and carnivores.

    Closely following a whole foods, plant based, minimal oil diet this has become my go-to lunch. Delicious, fresh, well prepared ingredients in generous portions. Chose from their well concocted combinations or compose your own. The staff there is friendly and attentive and take pride in what they do and how well thy do it. Much better execution than other salad focused spots and there are more than just salads on the menu. “Good for you” can and should taste good. 7 Greens does a great job of this.

    Great food and exciting options. This place is pricey though! Definitely not an everyday spot if you are on a budget. But it is worth going here and there.
