Best steak and lobster tail I've ever had. Dinner was for a special occasion. I expected the best and got the best.

I wanted to start by saying thank you to every staff member my wife and i encountered last night for my 30th birthday. From beginning to end the experience was perfect. I also wanted to call out Marco for his amazing knowledge of the menu and every item on it. You really went above beyond and never hesitated to take the time to make that extra effort that set this aside from any other dinning experience we have ever experienced Thank you very much from my wife and myself Joe Muer you have made two customer for life.

We had a spectacular experience and meal. The service was top notch (as you should expect). Or server, Nick, was relaxed, knowledgeable, funny, and charming; he had us at ease as soon as we sat down. The rest of the staff was polite and attentive, always making sure we were having a great experience. Some highlights of the meal were the deviled crab cakes, the lobster bisque, and the scallops. Please keep in mind that there is a dress code of sorts when dining here, so double check their website before leaving the house, especially in summer.

As I entered this place I was greeted very warmly. The wait staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. My table’s drinks and appetizers came out very promptly. I ordered the crab balls and lobster corn dogs. The crab balls were fried to perfection. They were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and just melted in my mouth. I ordered a steak and lobster tails for my entree. It was picture perfect and tasted even better. Towards the end of my dinner I even got to meet the Executive Chef, Brad. He spoke about the food with passion and conviction. Ultimately, I had a wonderful experience here and I will definitely be back.

This is my first negative review that I ever wrote! I had a special occasion to celebrate and I had guests from overseas . Because I wanted an awesome dinner, I choose this restaurant and took me some time to get over this disappointed experience. We had server one arrogant lady who spent her time telling us how experienced she is and how we don’t know everything about food and drinks. The meals was mediocre and for less money I can have a perfect cooked steak at Bravo and a friendly atmosphere too. I will never go back there and , because I heard similar experiences from others, I know that I am not an isolated case. I suggest to the management staff to review the strategy if they want to survive in competition.
