Super-fast, friendly, and professional service! Best Starbucks, ever!

Starbucks at Maple and Lahser is, in my opinion, the best Starbucks in Birmingham. Even though there is the reserve store downtown. This cafe in a lot of ways is better than many of the others in Birmingham. The staff at Starbucks Maple and Lahser are nice and helpful, they never seem like they hate their job or they would rather be somewhere else. They make the drinks well, with a lot more care than other Starbucks.

Parking lot is usually full and abnormally so in winter. Best to grab a seat first and order by mobile to skip the line. There's an extended seating area with plenty of seats and outlets but they go quick. The staff is always friendly despite it being one of the busier locations without a drive through.

First, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and consistently churn out the drinks in a consistent manner. The reason that I won’t give them 5 stars is because they always have some issue with mobile ordering. Today it was turned off completely... frequently the app notes items as out of stock when they are present in the store (nitro cold brew for example). If they could tighten up that process, this locale would be a consistent 5.
