White Castle

My most recent experience was with some Lyft customers of mine who ordered chicken rings(20pcs) but never got them with their order. The cashier at the window told us we would have to get back in line to re order them. They was not charged but this is a lack of discipline of listening to a customers order.

The food is always hot and good, and place is clean!!! but every now and then you get a cashier that has lost there mind that forgets the customer is there to be served and not just shoved out the drive thru. There is one young lady a manager, who always has to get on them and serves the public well. She makes my visit always worth it.

I had a craving for some sliders. I asked for everything on them and got nothing but onions on my sliders. No mustard, no ketchup, no pickles! The fish sand was ok, might have been better if it was hot. It will prob be another 3 months before I have this craving again.

Came in around 12am (6/30) and the woman working the drive through register was amazing and on point. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten through a line especially ordering impossible burgers. Everything in our order came out correct and with absolutely minimal fuss. Thank you for some of the best service I’ve received at a White Castle!

The Best White Castle location ever all of Oakland county hands down! "BUT"! The employees there especially at the window suck far as customer service. There always literally like ALWAYS! Seems as if there mad or depressed for some reason? No what do ever greeting presentation or try to make you feel welcome or want to make you feel to come back. But sad to say I have to give this a 4 ???? But customer service goes along way with a smile. ???????? I'm just saying
