Applebee's Grill + Bar

Don't Go here in a rush. 30 min wait to sit. 1.5 hours to get your appetizers. And the Bartender can't get drinks out in time. Cook sends out food out of order. Half our table got food. Half didn't eat until 20 min later. Server was nice but couldn't do everything. Just basically apologizing and trying to make up for others incompetence. Horrible experience. The manager didn't even come out to apologize for wait. Sat. At 9:00pm was busy? Nope just untrained staff. They need to fire everyone and start over. Poorly ran. Don T waste your time.

Tiff & Diamond are the best bartenders. They are very energetic n they are engaging. Food came out fast n fresh.

FELICIA is awesome! She was very nice and attentive to our parties needs! Excellent personality and outstanding customer service! Our server was Ciara and she was so sweet! Awesome customer service! I’d come back just to have her Waite my table! My food was mediocre but the overall experience was cool!

Came in at 4:30 on a Saturday, was hoping to get ahead of the Saturday night rush... Restaurant has many empty tables but was told there would be a 15 minute wait... why, the restaurant is half empty. Fine. Anyway, was seated in about 15 minutes... Sat here with my kids for about 10 minutes without seeing or hearing from a member of the wait staff. Decided to start writing this review, and you can imagine how many sentences I've written and deleted, and edit checked and everything. Still have yet to see a waitress.

It's the friggin' Saturday dinner hour. The restaurant should be appropriately staffed to handle the surge of customers they should be expecting. It's been a good 20 minutes now. I would say it's a call in issue but this is not the fist time I've had terrible service here, won't ever come back.

So I left, sure the non existent waiter won't even notice.

There was a wait but my party of 2 was seated in an appropriate amount of time, hostess and wait staff were great, food came fast, it was hot and delicious! KUDOS to the changes put in place, KEEP IT UP!!!!
