    Love Panera Bread but not this location. Portions are small for the price that they charge for menu items. Not accommodating for missed items in the order.

    The food was good. It was my first time in this particular location so I did not know where to go to get my food after I ordered and paid. I kind of had to figure it out by watching others. And the big reason I did not rate this a 5 star location because my cashier was rude.

    The service from the cashier to the gentleman who hands the food to you was great! I saw this person help customers carry trays to their table's. When I discovered I forgot an item (and needed to return -aargg), he didn't make me wait in line and gave me item!!

    This place I Southfield on Southfield road is my place to go for Panera bread. When you go in they are always friendly. When you go ask for my nieces Mona Black , Tasia and Vicky. Yes my ladies get down. They make the food to your ordering and if they don't have something they will have it the next day for you. Restrooms are always clean. They do get crowded but the crowd moves smoothly.
