    Incredible. The people working there always treat you with respect and are kind. Only negative would be the price for extra salmon but the workers are so tremendous, it hardly matters

    I visit the Southfield location, rarely the Ferndale location. The people who are in Southfield are always friendly: recommending products (cream cheese flavors and even letting me know when a bagel is fresh out the oven! I love their bagel and coffee deals ❤

    I've been coming here for over a decade. I've lived all over the world, including a miserable stint in New York, and these are world class bagels. Service is efficient and prices are low. Some bagel places are essentially sandwich shops, with every topping under the sun but horrible bagels. If you want a truly excellent bagel, this is the place to go.
