“Pie was good! Tried a round pizza, soft, slightly chewy crust with good taste. Good subtle sauce. Great straight mozzarella cheese, not just skim milk cheese or provolone blend. Cheese bread was Detroit square, not very proofed, but fresh dough and good cook temp. Cheesebread is cheesy!”
