I am OBSESSED. The flavors are Amazing. You can see and taste how fresh the ingredients are. I have not had one poor experience here. Super fast service. Welcoming customer service. I don’t even have a main favorite to recommend because I try something new each time and it’s always great!

Thrilled with the service and quality of the smoothies, raw juices and meals here. I spoke with the knowledgeable staff, including the owner Matt personally. They were very friendly, so welcoming and gave me great advice on what juicing would be best for me. I suffer from high blood pressure and arthritis and I'm thrilled with the results I'm seeing so far from their recommendations! Great new addition to Downtown Milford!

I was super excited to see this store coming to our little town. So when it opened I was there to try. To say this location is beautiful is an understatement. They have put so much love and care into how it looks. It is gorgeous. Super bright and clean. The staff are all amazing. The owners were great too. Going around chatting with everyone super nice. Everyone was following the pandemic mask guidelines which was nice. I have been there a few times now and tried a few different items, all delicious. I wish them the very best with their business but I can see them being here a very long time. Highly recommend.

They have great gluten free wraps! Nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Everything looks great. Can’t wait to eat my way through the menu.

Couldn't be happier to have these guys in town! They create the good vibes only feel with both their atmosphere & their attitudes. If you need a great pre or post workout pick me up these guys are definitely worth a try!!
