It was a good place for Mac n cheese. Don't expect your burger to be cooked to your liking. It looks like med /well is what they do. If you're in search of a good burger it's@50%. However, per the BBQ theme... Beef brisket was very tasty. Fries were good. Our server (Cassie) was pleasant and efficient.
7/2019 are here again. Food was tasty but they can't get the burger right. Big downside for me.
Jessica, our waitress, was phenomenal! Great atmosphere! Great brisket! Good size portions. We'll be back for sure!
This is a very good BBQ place. The staff is friendly and it is a cool environment. The pulled pork was terrific and the meal was very satisfying. I definitely want to come back!
Amazing place to get a great tasting meal that’s home cooked and has a southern taste to it! Food makes me feel like I’m in the south. Lots of choices to choose from for food, drinks, appetizers and BBQ sauces that are on the table. Been twice in months time! Got the fried chicken platter with the loaded Mac n cheese and sweet potato as the sides. Which was amazing! The brisket platter is delicious and melts in your mouth, got that with the loaded Mac n cheese and Mexican street corn on the cob! Highly recommend this place. Nice location in downtown Milford!
Stopped here on Memorial day and so glad we did. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with the 6 sauce types that range from a hot to a normal bbq to a few sweets. We like that the building front was open to the sidewalk and they had outdoor seating. The only negative was the young girls working there. Two at the hostess stand look like they were both ready to fall asleep and we’re bored out of their minds and we overheard a young waitress tell another waitress that she was tipped on the pretax total and not the overall total of the receipt. She was young and obviously doesn’t understand that you do not need to tip on the government added on tax, you only need to tip on service & the quality of food, if you want to.
We had the:
Notorious PIG sandwich - very good.
Killer mac & cheese with corn bread - very good
Great beer & drink selection. You can also choose from a few varieties of ice cream floats! Although I wanted dessert, I chose not to because I was so full but they have nice dessert choices. Our waiter and busboy were efficient. There is street parking and also a parking lot behind the building.
Would go back.
